Aug 19, 2023It is so easy to say, “Be present, let your path lead”, but in reality, we run around like crazy, either always working or our minds are so busy with great ideas that we want to create and make things happen.
Wow, it is not easy at all to be present then. It sounds cliche, but it is true; we cannot get our time back, so instead of worrying too much about the past and even our future, how about if we just enjoy the time we have and be present for a moment? Suppose we should do it so often.
What I experience is not easy to be present, and I would like to get better at it. But the more I am present, the more productive I’ve become and happier.
We’ve got to this point because we’ve been through a lot, so we should believe in ourselves to be present and allow us to trust our instincts to let our paths lead. It will clear our minds and help us focus, be ready to tackle and enjoy whatever awaits us.
